摘 要:经济下行压力加大,民营经济困难突出,小微企业尤甚,而唯有不断改善经营管理方能帮助企业走出困境。垄断竞争理论告诉我们小微企业也可采用取脂定价策略,在充分分析取脂定价策略实施条件的基础上,优秀的小微服装企业可以调整目标客户定位,进行设计和营销两个重要环节的创新,从而成功实施取脂定价策略。With the increasing downturn economy pressure, the private economy is facing the enormous difficulties, especially small and micro enterprises. The related ministries and commissions of the State Council have adopted a series of assistance measures to help them figure out the problems. Monopoly competition theory provides a theoretical basis for small and micro-garment businesses to adopt fat pricing strategy. Based on fully analyzing the conditions for implementing skimming pricing strategy, excellent small and micro-garment businesses can adjust their target customer positioning, innovate the two important links of designing and marketing so as to successfully carry out the skimming pricing strategy.
