摘 要:针对小型活塞动力无人机,面向多种飞行性能要求,进行了螺旋桨与飞机、螺旋桨与发动机的匹配分析,提出了基于全机小时油耗量的螺旋桨评价方法。建立了一种评价角度更加全面的定距螺旋桨选型方法,并通过算例进行了验证。同时,得到以下结论:对于定距螺旋桨,在迎角、俯仰角固定的定直飞行中,若忽略飞行过程中飞机重量变化和雷诺数对螺旋桨的影响,其工作点不随高度变化,可始终保持在高效的设计点附近;要降低小时耗油量,不能单纯提升螺旋桨效率,还应降低对应状态发动机的耗油率。In this paper,a selection method of the fixed-pitch propeller from a more comprehensive angle was established and verified by an example for small piston-prop UAV to meet multiple flight performance requirements.In order to obtain it,propeller-airframe matching and propeller-engine matching were analysed,and the propeller evaluation method based on the hourly fuel consumption of the whole aircraft were proposed.At the same time,the following conclusions are obtained.During the steady straight flight with fixed angle of attack and pitch angle,the fixed-pitch propeller operation point does not change with altitude if the weight change of the UAV and the influence of the Reynolds number on the propeller can be ignored so that it can always be maintained near the high efficiency design point.To reduce the hourly fuel consumption,people can′t simply increase the efficiency of the propeller,and should also reduce the sfc of the engine in the corresponding state.
