摘　　要：结直肠癌是我国最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,严重危害人们的健康和生活质量。结直肠癌的发生发展是一个多因素、多步骤的过程。microRNA(miRNA)是一类近年发现的内源性、非编码单链小分子RNA,它在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡以及肿瘤发生发展等过程中发挥着重要作用。目前许多miRNA已被证实在结直肠癌进程中起着至关重要的作用。该文就miRNA在结直肠癌转移中所起的作用作一综述。Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the most common malignant tumor of digestive tract in China and seriously endangers people′s health and quality of life.The occurrence and development of CRC is a multi-factor and multi-step process.microRNA(miRNA)is an endogenous,non-coding single stranded small RNA,and plays an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,and tumorigenesis and development.At present,several miRNAs are found to play important role in CRC progress.In this paper,we review the role of miRNAs in CRC metastasis.
