摘　　要：循环肿瘤细胞是一种重要的肿瘤标志物,对循环肿瘤细胞的检测是近年来肿瘤液体活检的研究热点。食管癌和胃癌都属于高发病率和高病死率的肿瘤,对循环肿瘤细胞数量的动态监测对判断二者早期转移、化疗效果及长期预后有重要的临床意义。该文就循环肿瘤细胞在食管癌和胃癌中的表达及临床意义的研究进展进行综述。Circulating tumor cell is an important tumor marker,and the detection of circulating tumor cell is a research hotspot in liquid biopsies in recent years.Esophageal cancer and gastric cancer are both malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality,and dynamic monitoring of the number of circulating tumor cells is of great clinical significance in judging the early metastasis,chemotherapy efficacy and long-term prognosis of the two tumors.In this paper,we review the research progress in the expressions and clinical significances of circulating tumor cells in esophageal cancer and gastric cancer.
