摘 要:目的指导青年护士对乳腺癌患者提供舒适护理,研究全方位指导在其临床带教中的效果。方法抽取该院2017年6月—2018年2月56名上岗的青年护士,将其按照随机数字表进行分组(研究组、对照组),各组28名。对照组采用常规带教模式,研究组基于对照组采取全方位指导带教模式,在教学结束后,对护士进行评估,分析了护士在教学模式下的满意度。结果经不同带教模式后,研究组青年护士理论知识以及实际操作考核成绩均高于对照组,且研究组青年护士对带教满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面指导可以有效提高年轻护士的评估水平,促进年轻护士更好地提高乳腺癌患者的舒适度。Objective To guide young nurses to provide comfortable nursing care for breast cancer patients,and to study the effects of comprehensive guidance in teaching.Methods A total of 56 young nurses from June 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital.They were grouped according to a random number tabl(study group,control group),and 28 in each group.The control group adopted the regular teaching mode.The research group adopted the comprehensive teaching mode based on the control group.After the teaching,the nurses were evaluated and the satisfaction of the nurses in the teaching mode was analyzed.Results After the different teaching modes,the theoretical knowledge and actual operation scores of the young nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the young nurses in the study group had higher satisfaction with the teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive guidance can effectively improve the assessment of young nurses and promote young nurses to better improve the comfort of breast cancer patients.
