摘　　要：风险识别是中国资本成功并购海外足球俱乐部的前提与基础。随着中国足球产业资本的热潮涌起,中国资本并购海外足球俱乐部已成为国际资本中的重要力量,但在海外并购中存在太多的复杂性与不确定性。为识别海外并购的风险,以扎根理论为基础研究方法,对近几年中国资本收购国外足球俱乐部的案例进行数据的收集和译码。通过比较和总结,认为“跨文化风险”是海外足球俱乐部并购的核心风险,制度差异是并购风险的根源,据此强调海外足球俱乐部并购应充分重视文化差异与文化协同,系统调研与科学论证相结合,提出跨文化变革管理新模式的建议。Risk identification is the prerequisite and foundation of Chinese capital successful M&A of overseas football clubs.With the upsurge of Chinese football industry capital,Chinese capital M&A of overseas football clubs has become an important force in international capital,but there are too many complexities and uncertainties in the M&A.In order to identify the risk in the overseas M&A,based on the grounded theory this paper collects and decodes the data of the cases of M&A of foreign football clubs in recent years.It is believed that“cross-cultural risk”is the core risk of M&A of overseas football clubs by comparing and summarizing.Institutional differences are the root cause of M&A risks.Based on the above conclusions,it is emphasized that in the M&A of overseas football clubs we should pay enough attention to cultural differences and cultural coordination,and combine systematic investigation with scientific demonstration.The paper puts forward suggestions on new management model of cross-cultural reform.
