摘 要:随着高等教育大众化进程的发展,大学生的学习状况趋于多样化,学习支持课题的研究越发重要。我国高校正进行着各种学习支持活动,但尚未有实证研究可以说明其效果。本研究旨在调查中国大学现行的学习支持活动,分析其内容与特征。学习支持作为保证高等教育质量的一环,包含确保适应能力、获得专业知识、提高创新能力三大目标。为了实现上述目标,我国政府鼓励高校为学生提供多种形式的学习支持。另外,还涌现出网络教育、学业导师制度、学生创新创业项目等新尝试。然而,调查结果显示,其效果并不理想,很多学生持消极态度。不同年级、不同成绩的学生在行为和意识上不尽相同,大学应该如何运用各类资源构建更有效的学习支持系统成为一个重大课题。With the popularization of China’s higher education,university students’ learning situations become more and more diversified. Therefore,research on learning support projects become more and more important. In China,universities are carrying out various learning support activities,but there’s no empirical study which can demonstrate the effects of these activities. This paper aims to investigate learning support in Chinese universities,analyzing its contents and features. As an essential part of higher education quality,learning support includes three goals,namely,to promote adaptability,to gain professional knowledge,and to strengthen practical abilities. To achieve these goals, Chinese government encourages teachers to provide learning support for students. Moreover,there’re many new attempts to build the support system such as distant learning,mentoring and "students innovation and entrepreneurship program". However,the research results show that these programs don’t work well. Since students differ in their behavior and way of thinking,how to use various resources to construct a productive learning support system becomes a big challenge.
