摘　　要：以北京市运动员职业生涯规划的现状为切入点,分析影响运动员职业生涯规划的因素,从如何提高运动员的自我认知和职业规划的意识入手,引导运动员明确职业生涯规划的意义,探索自己未来职业发展目标,为进一步做好运动员的“再就业”工作,加强运动员职业生涯规划,拓宽他们的择业面、增强就业竞争力提供一定的指导。Taking the current situation of the career planning of Beijing athletes as a base,this paper analyses the influence factors of athletes’career planning.Starting with how to improve the self-awareness and awareness of career planning of athletes,this paper guides athletes to make clear the significance of career planning,explore their own future career development goals,so as to provides some guidance on further improving the"reemployment"of athletes and strengthening their career planning,broadening their job selection and enhancing their competitiveness.
