摘　　要：本文对准低温密闭自然降氧储藏、准低温密闭结合低氧富氮技术储藏、低温密闭自然降氧储藏和低温密闭结合低氧富氮储藏4种糙米实仓储存方式进行探索,为今后地下仓糙米储藏标准制定和技术实施提供依据及技术支撑。In this paper, quasi-cryogenic sealed natural oxygen reduction storage, quasi-cryogenic sealed combined with low oxygen and nitrogen enrichment technology storage, cryogenic sealed natural oxygen reduction storage and cryogenic sealed combined with low oxygen and nitrogen enrichment storage were explored. It provides the basis and technical support for the formulation and implementation of brown rice storage standards in underground warehouses in the future.
