摘　　要：本文针对食品中常见的重金属类型进行分析,包括汞元素、砷元素、镉元素与铅元素等,研究了分光光度法、原子光谱法、试剂比色检测法与电感耦合等离子体质谱法等食品中重金属检验检测中的具体应用,目的在于提高食品检测水平,提高食品卫生安全。This paper analyzed the types of heavy metals commonly found in foods, including mercury, arsenic, cadmium and lead. By spectrophotometry, atomic spectroscopy, reagent colorimetric detection, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
