摘  要:职业教育存在教育结构与产业结构、课程设置与岗位需求、实训项目与岗位技能、教师素质与职业教育“错位”,通过引进高端研究所,围绕产教融合“政、校、所、企”四个主体,落实课程体系与职业能力、课程标准与职业标准、实训项目与岗位技能、师资团队与技术团队四个对接,建立产教融合运行、育人、评估、激励四个机制,构建基于四位一体产教融合模式,实现产教融合职业教育与产业发展、办学特色与产业特色、人才培养与技术革新、教学改革与产业升级同步。Vocational education exists the“dislocation”between educational structure and industrial structure,curriculum setting and post demand,training project and post skills,teachers'quality and vocational education.By introducing high-end research institutes,Around the four main bodies of“government,school,Institute and enterprise”,Implementing four links between curriculum system and vocational ability,curriculum standard and vocational standard,training project and post skills,teacher team and technical team.Establish four mechanisms of integration operation,education,evaluation and incentive,we should build a four-in-one mode of integration of industry and education to achieve To achieve the synchronization between vocational education and industrial development,school running characteristics and industrial characteristics,personnel training and technological innovation,teaching reform and industrial upgrading.
