摘 要:以压电陶瓷选针器为研究对象,基于压电陶瓷晶片的驱动原理,建立压电陶瓷晶片弯曲形变的力学模型,对压电陶瓷驱动片的受力弯曲过程进行分析研究。进一步运用Comsol Multiphysics软件对电压驱动压电陶瓷晶片的弯曲进行压电仿真分析,并进行试验验证。压电陶瓷弯曲位移仿真及试验结果表明,该压电陶瓷驱动器可行性强,能够达到选针器的工作要求,并且与理论计算结果基本一致,为选针器的设计开发和应用提供了理论依据和参考。Taking piezoelectric ceramic needle selector as the research object,based on the driving principle of piezoelectric ceramic wafer,the mechanical model of bending deformation of piezoelectric ceramic wafer was established,and the bending process of piezoelectric ceramic driving plate was analyzed.The bending of piezoelectric ceramic wafer driven by voltage was simulated and analyzed by Comsol Multiphysics software,and the experimental verification was carried out.The simulation and experimental results of bending displacement of piezoelectric ceramic show that the piezoelectric ceramic actuator is feasible and can meet the working requirements of the needle selector,and is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation,which provides theoretical basis and reference for the design,development and application of needle selector.
