摘  要:为研究齿廓修形对齿轮箱系统内部流场、温度场与应力场的影响,应用Pro/E对修形前后的齿轮箱系统进行精确建模;利用重叠网格法对齿轮箱系统进行流场计算,将稳定后的结果传递给齿轮固体边界进行温度场与应力场的求解,即对齿轮箱油浴润滑进行热-流-固耦合数值模拟计算;对比分析了不同修形工况下齿轮副端部润滑体积分数、箱体内部压强方差、齿轮固体本体温度与应力分布情况。研究结果表明,当选取b=1,即直线修形时,对齿轮温度场及应力场改善不大,修形效果不明显;选取b=2时,修形效果次之;选取b=1.22时,修形效果最优,但无论采用何种修形曲线,均能明显改善齿轮齿根应力集中现象。In order to study the influence of profile modification on the internal flow field,temperature field and stress field of the gearbox system,the gear with or without modification are accurately modeled by Pro/E.The fluid field of gearbox system is calculated by overset grid method,and the steady calculation result is transmitted to the boundary of the gear to solve the temperature field and the stress field,i.e.thermal-fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation is used to study the gearbox oil bath lubrication.The lubrication volume fraction of the end part of gear pair,internal pressure variance of the gearbox,temperature and stress distribution of the gear solid body are compared and analyzed under different modification conditions.The results show that when b=1(i.e.straight-line modification),the temperature field and stress field of the gear are not improved much,and the modification effect is not evident.Then,when b=2,and when b=1.22,the modification show the best effect.No matter what kind of modification curve is used,the stress concentration of the gear root could be significantly improved.
