板栗产地长哨营乡土壤微量元素有效态含量及其与pH的相关性  被引量:11

摘  要:以怀柔区长哨营乡的28份土壤样品为研究对象,分别使用二乙三胺五乙酸(DTPA)浸提法和电位法对土壤中的有效态铁、锌、锰含量和pH进行检测。通过t检验分析了不同种植区之间有效态元素含量的差异性,通过Spearman相关分析对土壤pH与土壤中有效态元素含量的相关性进行了分析,对长哨营乡板栗品质的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:板栗种植区的土壤中铁、锌、锰元素的有效态含量显著高于非板栗种植区(P<0.05),pH极显著低于非板栗种植区(P<0.01)。并且有效铁、锰与pH呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01),有效锌与pH呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。参照全国第2次土壤普查养分含量分级标准划分,板栗种植区整体上铁、锰元素含量丰富,锌元素含量较丰富,其中七道梁的微量元素含量最为丰富。这表明,板栗种植区的弱酸性土壤中丰富的有效态微量元素含量是促使长哨营板栗品质优良的因素之一,为长哨营板栗的宣传提供了科学依据,并对长哨营乡的作物种植以及施肥管理有一定的指导意义。Soil available microelement contents are important parts of soil fertility and play an important role in growth and development of plant.Twenty-eight soil samples from five main planting areas of Changshaoying Township in Huairou District were used as research object to study the contents of available iron,zinc and manganese and soil pH by DTPA extraction and potentiometry.Based on the data of soil samples collected in Changshaoying,the t-test and Spearman correlation analysis were used to analyze the difference of the available element contents in different planting areas and the correlation among soil pH and available element contents in the soil,in order to study the influencing factors of chestnut quality in Changshaoying.Results showed that the contents of available iron,zinc and manganese of chestnut planting areas were significant higher than non-chestnut planting areas(P<0.05),and the soil pH was extremely significantly lower than that of non-chestnut planting area(P<0.01).The soil pH had extremely significant negative correlations with available iron and manganese,respectively(P<0.01).The soil pH had significant negative correlations with available zinc(P<0.05).According to the classification standard of nutrient content in the second national soil census,the contents of available iron and manganese of the chestnut planting areas were abundant,and the content of available zinc was relatively abundant.In addition,Qidaoliang was the most rich in available microelement among five planting areas.The results proved that the abundant contents of available microelements in the weakly acidic soil of Changshaoying was one of the factors to ensure the excellent quality of chestnut.It also provided a scientific basis for the propaganda of chestnut,and had support for scientific and reasonable planting and fertilization management of chestnut.
