摘 要:对学业困难学生进行有效的帮扶,做好学业困难学生的教育转化工作,是建设良好学风的必要条件。学生学业困难的成因集中在入学初期适应不良、对专业的认同感弱、自我管理能力不足三个方面。设计"学习力提升成长营",运用团体心理辅导技术,激发学生的内驱性学习动机,使学生重新认识学习活动和自己的学习能力,可以对学业困难学生进行有效帮扶。It is a necessary condition to construct a good academic atmosphere to help the students with learning difficulties effectively. The causes are mainly in three aspects: maladjustment at early college terms,weak sense of professional identity and a lack of self-management ability. It designs a "camp of improving learning ability"by using team counseling techniques in order to stimulate students’ inner drive learning motivation,make students re-recognize their study activities and their own scholastic aptitude and can effectively help students with academic difficulties.
