农学类研究生招生的困境与建设思路——以南京农业大学为例

摘　　要：由于受行业特点、就业不畅及招生单位自身存在的问题等因素的影响,农学类研究生招生长期处于种种窘境。透过现象查找原因,并通过客观分析本单位近几年来在研究生招生工作中所做的尝试及取得的成效,提出在政策支持和自身建设等方面的粗浅建议,探索农学类研究生招生早日走出窘境的出路。Due to the characteristics of the industry,the lack of employment and the problems of the enrollment units themselves,the enrollment of agricultural graduate students has long been in various dilemmas.Through the phenomenon to find out the reasons,and through objective analysis of the attempts and achievements of the unit in the postgraduate enrollment work in recent years,the paper puts forward the rough advice on policy support and self-construction,and explores the early enrollment of agricultural graduate students out of the dilemma.
