Effect of Self-made Taoren Decoction Combined with Piracetam Injection on Sequelae of Cerebral Hemorrhage and Its Influence on Motor Function and Living Ability

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟桃仁汤联合吡拉西坦注射液治疗脑出血后遗症疗效及对运动功能、生活能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市中环中医院中西医结合内科就诊的80例脑出血后遗症患者,随机分组,2组患者均予以常规治疗。对照组40例加吡拉西坦注射液治疗,试验组40例在对照组基础上采取自拟桃仁汤治疗,以肢体功能评分表(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)评定患者运动功能,采用Barthel指数评定量表对生活能力进行评定。结果试验组FMA评分、Barthel指数优于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血后遗症患者采取自拟桃仁汤联合吡拉西坦注射液进行治疗,可以有效改善运动功能、生活能力,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Taoren decoction combined with piracetam injection in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on motor function and life ability.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in department of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine of Zhonghuan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae were divided into control group of 40 cases took actos raschig injection treatment and experimental group of 40 cases applied Taoren decoction on the basis of the control group.The limb function scale(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)movement function in patients was compared,and the Barthel index rating scale was used to assess life ability.Results FMA score and Barthel index of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Taoren decoction combined with piracetam injection in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve motor function and life ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
