摘　　要：出于对有着三千年历史的桦树皮技艺的保护、传承,励志让中华传统技艺推陈出新、与时代发展相结合,中国桦项目由此成立。本项目旨在帮助人们更好地了解国家非物质文化遗产桦树皮技艺,承古人之创造,开时代之生面,让桦树皮工艺品能真正走进人们的生活。通过问卷调查、实地考察等方法,了解目前大众对桦树皮工艺的认知程度,剖析其传承中可能存在的问题,并针对现存的问题,将国家级非物质文化遗产——桦树皮工艺品重新包装和营销,利用市场化手段保护桦树皮工艺品,形成桦树皮手工技艺薪火相传的有效方案,向社会宣传弘扬桦树皮文化,让桦树皮技艺以现代人熟悉的方式融入时代、融入生活,打造民族品牌项目,解决部分群众对非物质文化遗产重视度不够的问题。Out of the protection and inheritance of birch bark technology with a history of 3,000 years,China Birch Project was established by encouraging traditional Chinese techniques to bring forth new ones and combine them with the development of the times.This project aims to help people better understand the technology of birch bark,a national intangible cultural heritage,to inherit the creation of the ancients,to open a new era,so that birch bark crafts can really enter people’s lives.Through questionnaires and on-the-spot investigations,this paper explores the current public’s awareness of birch bark technology and analyzes the possible problems in its inheritance.In view of the existing problems,the national intangible cultural heritage,birch bark crafts,is repackaged and marketed,and market-oriented means are used to protect birch bark crafts,thus forming an effective scheme for birch bark crafts to be handed down from generation to generation.We should publicize and promote birch bark culture to the society,integrate birch bark skills into the times and life in a way familiar to modern people,and create national brand projects,so as to help solve the problem that some people do not attach enough importance to intangible cultural heritage.
