边缘切除法和楔形切除法小阴唇缩小术式的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨边缘切除法和楔形切除法小阴唇缩小术式的临床效果。方法自2014年6月至2017年6月,对136例小阴唇肥大患者采用边缘切除法(72例/102侧)和楔形切除法(64例/92侧)行小阴唇缩小术,并对其相关临床数据包括患者的基本信息、手术类型、并发症的发生率等进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者随访1~12个月,均对术后美学效果较满意;未出现明显肿胀、淤青、瘢痕增生、感觉异常等症状。对两组术式的瘢痕症状(痒、压痛、硬)和暂时性症状(肿胀、淤青、疼痛、感觉异常等)发生率比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对出血和愈合不良的发生率比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种矫正小阴唇肥大的术式各有优劣。而楔形切除法操作简单,外观自然,是矫正小阴唇肥大的一种较好术式。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of edge resection and wedge resection in labia minora reduction.Methods From June 2014 to 2017,a total of 136 patients with labia minora hypertrophy were chosen.Seventy-two patients(102 sides)underwent edge resection and 64 patients(92 sides)underwent wedge resection for labia minora reduction.Relevant clinical data including basic information of patients,type of operation and incidence rate of complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were followed-up from 1 to 12 months,and the aesthetic efficacy was satisfactory.No complications such as obvious swelling,bruise,scar hyperplasia or abnormal sensation occurred.The incidence rate of scar symptom such as itch,pressure pain and hard and temporary symptom such as swelling,bruise,pain and abnormal sensation between two groups was compared.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence rate of bleeding and poor wound healing(P>0.05).Conclusion Both edge resection and wedge resection for labia minora reduction has its advantages and disadvantages.The wedge resection was a good method to treat labia minora hypertrophy because of its simple operation and natural appearance.
