摘  要:海洋观测标准是指导开展海洋观测业务工作的重要依据,开展中国-国际海洋观测标准比对分析,进行差异性分析研究,有助于理解国内外海洋观测标准的区别,促进国内海洋观测标准的完善提升。对《海洋观测规范》等5项国内海洋观测标准与WMO NO.8《气象仪器和观测方法指南》中海洋观测部分进行了多对一的比对分析,分别比较了标准化对象、标准适用范围、观测要素、观测技术指标和观测方法,得出中国-国际海洋观测标准差异性结论。Marine observation standards are the key foundation to implement marine observation activities. The comparative analysis and study of Chinese-international marine observation standards can help understand the difference between domestic and foreign marine observation standards, which will promote the self-completion of domestic marine observation standards. Several-for-one comparative analysis is carried out, where 5 Chinese marine observation standards including Specification for off-shore observation and an international technical series WMO No.8-Guide to Meteorological Instruments and Methods of Observation are compared and analyzed in terms of object of standardization, range of application, observation items, technical index and method of observation. The differential conclusion is drawn through this comparative study.
