摘　　要：在区域治理不断发展的今天,不同的治理类型正影响着非洲大陆,特别是撒哈拉以南非洲区域治理的深度和广度。由于这一地区特有的政治文化对该区域治理模式的本质和基本特征起着决定性影响,也造就了这片大陆上多样的、甚至相互冲突的区域治理结构与治理模式,这些模式是目前侧重于以正式的制度安排和政治过程为主要研究内容的地区主义研究视角所无法认识的。因此,该地区的客观条件为思考区域治理提供了新的研究视角,需要基于政治文化的视角,对非洲区域治理模式进行分类,并对非洲区域治理的发展及其面临的问题进行探讨。With the development of regional governance, different governance patterns are casting influence on both the depth and scope of regional governance on the African Continent, especially for the region of the Sub-Sahara. The unique political culture of Africa imposes crucial effects on the essence and basic features of the governance patterns there, forging diverse, sometimes conflicting, regional governance structures and paradigms. The regionalist research perspective, which mainly focuses on formal institutional arrangement and political process, offers a limited understanding of those patterns. This article categorizes and critiques the African regional governance patterns, and then further investigates the development of regional governance in Africa and its problems.
