摘　　要：安氏Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形是指上下第一磨牙呈近中关系,其对患者的颌面部生长发育、口腔功能、颜面美观及心理健康等有一定影响.乳牙期安氏Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形程度会随着患儿颌骨的生长发育逐渐加重,矫治难度进一步增加.乳牙期安氏Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形矫治方法多样.文章就乳牙期安氏Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形的患病率、病因、危害、诊断及矫治方法等做一综述.Class Ⅲ malocclusion refers to forward position of the first molar. Class Ⅲ malocclusion has an impact on maxillofacial growth,oral function,facial appearance and mental health,etc. Class Ⅲ malocclusion in primary dentition,tends to become heavier with the growth of jaw,and the treatment becomes more challenging. There are rarious treatments for Class Ⅲ malocclusion. This paper reviews the etiology,the morbidity,the harm,the diagnosis and treatment of Class Ⅲ malocclusion in primary dentition.
