摘 要:医学基础理论与临床实践脱节不利于医学人才的培养,通过分析目前临床实习中存在的问题,探索"基础与临床教学融合的MDT模式",通过基础与临床融合,多学科联合教学,以疾病为主,打破学科界限,实现教学中的多临床、早实践、基础与临床交叉融通的理念,构建开放式、多层次综合性的医学课程教学体系,探索一种以学生为主的临床教学模式,这符合现代医学人才培养的要求。The disconnection between basic medical theory and clinical practice is not conducive to the cultivation of medical talents.By analyzing the existing problems in clinical practice,we explore the"basic and clinical teaching fusion model of MDT".Through the integration of basic and clinical teaching,multi-disciplinary joint teaching,clinical diseases as the main line,breaking the disciplinary boundaries,we realize the concept of multi clinical,early practice,basic and clinical intercross in teaching,construct a open and multi-level teaching system for comprehensive medical courses and explore a clinical teaching mode based on students’ innovative thinking,which meets the requirements of modern medical personnel training.
