摘 要:目的探讨脂肪酸摄入与燃煤型氟中毒之间的关系。方法随机整群抽取毕节市织金县燃煤型氟中毒病区居住年限超过10年且年龄为18~75岁的居民1 101名进行横断面调查,采用logistic回归分析脂肪酸及分类摄入量与燃煤型氟中毒之间的关系。结果多因素分析得出总脂肪酸摄入与燃煤型氟中毒呈负相关(回归系数为-6.408);将氟中毒分为氟骨症和氟斑牙进行分层分析,与总脂肪酸摄入量最低四分位比较,在氟骨症中第二到第四分位的OR值分别0.53,0.51和0.43,95%置信区间分别为(0.35,0.81),(0.35,0.78)和(0.27,0.66);在氟斑牙中第二到第四分位的OR值分别0.74,0.60和0.37,95%置信区间分别为(0.47,1.16),(0.38,0.95)和(0.24,0.58);脂肪酸亚类中,多不饱和脂肪酸最具有意义。结论膳食脂肪酸可能对燃煤型氟中毒具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between fatty acid intake and coal-burning fluorosis. Methods A crosssectional survey was conducted among 1101 residents aged 18-75 years old in a coal-burning fluorosis area in Zhijin County, Bijie City, using a randomized cluster. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze fatty acid and classified intake. The relationship between coal-burning fluorosis. Results Multivariate analysis showed that total fatty acid intake negatively correlated with coal-burning fluorosis(regression coefficient was-6.008);fluorosis was divided into fluorosis and dental fluorosis for stratified analysis, and total fatty acid intake was lowest. In the quartile comparison, the OR values of the second to fourth quartiles in skeletal fluorosis were 0.53, 0.51 and 0.43, respectively, and the 95% confidence intervals were(0.35, 0.81),(0.35, 0.78) and(0.27, 0.66), respectively. The OR values of the second to fourth quartiles in dental fluorosis were0.74, 0.60 and 0.37, respectively, and the 95% confidence intervals were(0.47, 1.16),(0.38, 0.95) and(0.24, 0.58), respectively.Among fatty acid subclasses, polyunsaturated fatty acids are most meaningful. Conclusion Dietary fatty acids may have protective effects on coal-burning fluorosis.
