摘  要:“幼师国培项目”对于农村幼儿教师的专业发展具有重要的价值和意义。以河北北方学院“幼师国培项目”为对象,分析项目实施的全过程,总结“幼师国培项目”促进教师专业发展的具体做法和有效经验,并提出今后培训中值得进一步关注的问题,为后期“幼师国培项目”的顺利开展提供参考。"The national training program for kindergarten teachers"is of great value and significance to the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers.Taking the same training program conducted in Hebei North University as an example,based on the analysis of the whole process of the program implementation,the present study summarizes the specific practices and the effective experience of the"the national training program for kindergarten teachers"in promoting teachers'professional development,and puts forward some problems worthy of further attention in the future training,which is expected to provide a reference for the smooth development of the program.
