摘 要:为分析表面织构对水润滑轴承混合润滑性能的影响,基于平均Reynolds方程及JFO空化边界条件建立带有表面织构的水润滑轴承混合润滑模型并数值求解,获得不同织构参数下水润滑轴承的Stribeck曲线。研究结果表明:表面织构是否能改善润滑性能与其深径比及面密度参数密切相关,织构的引入并不一定能降低水润滑轴承的摩擦因数;表面织构的面密度和深径比存在最优值,能使水润滑轴承获得最大的膜厚比与最小的摩擦因数,并在较低的转速下由混合润滑状态进入流体动压润滑状态。In order to analyze the effects of surface texture on mixed lubrication performance of water-lubricated bearings,a mixed lubrication model with surface texture under JFO cavitation boundary conditions was established based on the averaged Reynolds equation and then it was solved numerically.The Stribeck curves of water-lubricated bearings with different texture parameters were plotted.The results show that whether surface texture can improve the lubrication performance is closely related to the depth-diameter ratio and surface density parameters,and the introduction of texture does not necessarily reduce the friction coefficient of water-lubricated bearings.There is an optimum value of the surface density and the ratio of depth to diameter of the surface texture,which can produce the maximum film thickness ratio and the minimum friction coefficient of the water-lubricated bearing,and ensure the bearing to enter the hydrodynamic lubrication state from the mixed lubrication state at a lower speed.
