摘 要:为研究新型动静压转台的油膜力分布与动特性变化情况,在充分考虑转台轴向速度产生的挤压流量的同时,基于流量平衡建立转台油膜力的数学模型,利用偏导数法推导转台轴向油膜刚度和阻尼的计算式。在固定负载和和恒定的供油压力下,分析转速对转台的静动特性的影响。分析结果表明:在固定负载和恒定的供油压力下,随着转速的增加,转台的油膜厚度逐渐减小,动压区的承载力逐渐增大,转台总泄漏量逐渐增加,转台轴向油膜刚度和阻尼均逐渐增大。所建的模型充分考虑了转台轴向速度产生的挤压流量,因而仿真计算更符合实际工况,为新型动静压转台的实际生产和性能研究提供理论支持。To study the oil film force distribution and dynamic characteristics of a new type turntable,the mathematical model of the oil film force of the turntable was established under the premise of considering the flow balance,especially the flow generated by extrusion.The calculation formula of the vertical oil film stiffness and damping of the turntable was derived by the partial derivative method.Under the fixed load and constant oil supply pressure,the influence of the rotational speed on the static and dynamic characteristics of the turntable was analyzed.The analysis results show that under the fixed load and constant oil supply pressure,with the increase of the rotational speed,the oil film thickness of the turntable is gradually decreased,the bearing capacity of the dynamic pressure zone,the total leakage of the turntable and the stiffness and damping of the vertical oil film of the turntable are gradually increased.The model fully considers the extrusion flow generated by the axial velocity of the turntable,and the simulation calculation is more in line with the actual working conditions,which can provide theoretical support for the actual production and performance research of the new dynamic and static pressure turntable.
