微型种植体支抗钉联合关闭曲法和滑动法关闭拔牙间隙的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨微型种植体支抗钉联合关闭曲法和滑动法关闭拔牙间隙的效果。方法:选取本院收治的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者38例,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各19例。对照组使用微型种植支抗钉联合关闭曲法治疗,研究组使用微型种植体支抗钉联合滑动法治疗。比较两组ANB角、Wits值、Z角、眼耳平面-下颌平面角(FMA)、下中切牙-眼耳平面角(FMIA)和下中切牙-下颌平面角(IMPA)、前后牙消耗支抗、矫治时间。结果:矫治后,两组ANB角、Wits值、Z角、FMA、FMIA和IMPA均优于矫治前,且研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组前后牙消耗支抗情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组矫治时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者的治疗过程中,微型种植体支抗钉联合滑动法治疗效果确切,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of mini-implant anchorage nail combined with closing curve method and sliding method of closing extraction space.Method:A total of 38 patients with ClassⅡdivision 1 malocclusion admitted to our hospital were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with micro-implant anchorage nail combined with closing curve method,while study group was treated with micro-implant anchorage nail combined with sliding method.The ANB angle,Wits value,Z angle,frankfort mandibular plane angle(FMA),frankfort-mandibular incisor angle(FMIA),incisal mandibular plane angle(IMPA),anterior and posterior teeth consumption anchorage and orthodontic time between the two groups were compared.Result:After orthodontic treatment,the ANB angle,Wits value,Z angle,FMA,FMIA and IMPA of the two groups were better than those of before orthodontic treatment,and the study group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anterior and posterior teeth consumption anchorage between the two groups(P>0.05),the orthodontic time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with ClassⅡdivision 1 malocclusion,the microimplant anchorage combined with sliding method is effective and should be further promoted and applied clinically.
