低剂量CT扫描在泌尿系统结石诊断中的价值探究

摘　　要：目的将低剂量CT扫描用于泌尿系统结石诊断中,对其应用价值进行探究。方法对我院2017年5月至2018年8月收治的86例泌尿系统结石患者临床资料进行回顾分析,所有患者均行CT扫描检查,给予不同剂量扫描检查,先对患者进行常规剂量CT扫描,检查结果归入对照组,随后对患者行低剂量扫描检查,检查结果归入观察组,对2组检查结果进行观察分析。结果2组CT扫描结石分布结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组SD、主观评分与对照组相比,相对更高,SNR相比对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组主观评分优良率与对照组相比,相对较低,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低剂量CT扫描用于泌尿系统结石诊断中可达到和常规剂量扫描相接近的图像质量,且可减少辐射及损伤,安全性更高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of low-dose CT scan in diagnosis of urinary calculi.Methods Clinical data of 86 cases of patients with urinary calculi and who treated in our hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,and all patients were underwent CT scanning and were given different doses of scanning.First,the patients were scanned with conventional dose CT,and the results were included the control group.Then,the patients were examined by low-dose scanning,and the results were included the observation group.The results of two groups were observed and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the distribution of calculi between the two groups(P>0.05).The SD and subjective scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the SNR was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of subjective score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The low-dose CT scanning in the diagnosis of urinary calculi which can achieve image quality similar to conventional dose scanning,and can reduce radiation and damage,the safety is higher,thus it is worth promoting and applying.
