摘  要:采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法对铜陵学院体育课实施"俱乐部式"教学进行实验研究。通过实验发现:"俱乐部式"教学符合新时代体育课程要求,有利于学生终身体育锻炼习惯的养成;"俱乐部式"教学学生学习主动性增强、运动技能掌握程度提升、身体素质指标得到改善、学生参与体育运动兴趣显著提高;我校现有师资结构和场地资源制约着"俱乐部式"教学的发展。This research adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire to carry out experimental research on the implementation of club-style teaching in physical education in Tongling university.Through experiments,it is found that club-style teaching meets the requirements of the new era’s physical education curriculum and is conducive to the cultivation of students’lifelong physical exercise habits.Club-style teaching enhances students’learning initiative,improves their mastery of sports skills,promotes physical fitness indicators,and significantly increases students’interest in participating in sports.However,the existing teacher structure and field resources in our school restrict the development of club style teaching.
