摘 要:为了研究大涵道比涡扇发动机风车不平衡振动问题,设计了刚度可调、频率可调的转子机匣碰摩机构,计算了机匣的刚度与频率并进行了试验测试。在试验与计算比对良好的条件下完成了碰摩试验并对试验数据进行了进动分析。研究结果表明:设计的碰摩机构,能够有效可控地进行风车不平衡状态下持续碰摩试验,重复性好且碰摩特征明显,通过进动分析,风车不平衡下转静碰摩会激起正反进动的超次谐波,以3/2倍频最为明显。研究结果为发动机风车不平衡研究以及转子安全性设计提供重要的数据支撑与试验方案。In order to study the windmilling imbalanced vibration of a high bypass ratio turbofan engine,a simulated rotor-stator rubbing system with adjustable stiffness and frequency was designed.The stiffness and frequency of the casing were calculated and related tests were completed.The experimental data of the rubbing tests and whirl analysis are in good agreement with the calculation results.The study shows that the rotor-stator rubbing system designed can accomplish rotor-stator rubbing experiments with good repeatability and show clearly the characteristics of rubbing.Furthermore,through whirl analysis,the rotor-stator rubbing under windmilling imbalance can lead to the superharmonic of forward whirl and backward whirl,especially the 3/2 frequency harmonics.The results provide references to the experimental schemes and data supports for windmilling imbalance study and safety design.
