摘 要:通过对成果导向教育理念深入学习,为下一步工作指明了方向,将以成果导向教育理念为指导思想,以我院为主要分析对象,从教学设计、课堂改革和教学评价三个关键环节出发,挖掘问题,提出解决对策,修订培养方案,并对制定专业课程体系和构建高职评价体系提出建议。提供方案关键要做到"模式明确、有针对性,方案具体、可操作性强",为高职教育教学改革提供理论指导和实践参考,为同类高职院校教育改革提供可操作的框架。Through in-depth study of the concept of outcomes-based education, it points out the direction for the next work. Taking the concept of outcomes-based education as the guiding ideology and taking our college as the main analysis object, starting from the three key links of teaching design, classroom reform and teaching evaluation, it excavates problems, puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems and revises training plans. It also puts forward suggestions on the formulation of professional curriculum system and the construction of higher vocational evaluation system. The key to providing the scheme is to achieve "clear and targeted model, specific and operable plan". It provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for higher vocational education teaching reform, and provides an operable framework for higher vocational education reform.
