泪道激光联合硅胶管留置术治疗泪道阻塞的临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析对泪道阻塞患者行泪道激光与硅胶管留置术联合治疗的临床疗效以及安全性情况。方法选取240例在该院接受治疗的泪道阻塞患者作为临床研究对象,入院时间为间2016年1月—2018年6月,以治疗方式不同进行分组,实行泪道激光治疗的患者设为对照组(120例),实行泪道激光与硅胶管留置术联合治疗患者设为观察组(120例),比对治疗效果以及安全性情况。结果经治疗后,观察组的总有效率为98.33%,显著高于对照组的90.00%;观察组的总不良反应发生率为0.83%,显著低于对照组的7.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.678,P=0.010)。结论对泪道阻塞患者行泪道激光与硅胶管留置术联合治疗可有效提高减少脓性物质,术后不良反应发生率低,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of lacrimal duct laser combined with silicone tube indwelling in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods 240 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction treated in our hospital were selected as the clinical research object.The admission time was from January 2016 to June 2018.The patients with different treatment methods were divided into two groups.The patients with lacrimal duct laser therapy were set as the control group(120 cases).The patients with lacrimal duct laser combined with silicone tube indwelling therapy were set as the observation group(120 cases).The therapeutic effect and safety were compared.Complete situation.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,significantly higher than 90.00%of the control group;the total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 0.83%,significantly lower than 7.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.678,P=0.010).Conclusion Lacrimal duct laser combined with silicone tube indwelling for lacrimal duct obstruction patients can effectively improve the reduction of purulent substances,and the incidence of adverse reactions after operation is low,which has high clinical value.
