摘 要:为了探明微生物菌肥在马铃薯生产中的应用效果,通过田间试验研究了不同用量F01复合微生物菌剂对马铃薯植株生长、各器官氮、磷、钾积累量及产量和品质的影响。结果表明:与不施菌剂相比,在一定范围内随F01复合微生物菌剂施用量增加均不同程度地促进了马铃薯植株生长,提高了植株对氮、磷、钾养分的积累量及单株薯重和块茎产量,提高了块茎粗蛋白质含量,但对块茎淀粉含量影响不大。膜下滴灌马铃薯施用适量F01复合微生物菌剂具有良好的增产增收效果,以菌剂施用量75.0 kg/hm^2为最大,其产量达46957.90 kg/hm^2,较对照增产16.0%,单株薯重增加16.9%,纯经济收益增加4391.8元/hm^2,增收29.8%;全株氮、磷、钾积累量较对照分别增加66.1%,31.7%,87.3%。In order to explore the application effect of microbial fertilizer in potato production.In this paper,the effects of different dosages of F01 complex microbial agents on the growth of potato plants,the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in various organs,as well as the yield and quality were studied by field experiments.The results showed that compared to the non-bacterial agent,the increase of the application amount of F01 compound micro-ecological bacteria in a certain range promoted the growth of potato plants to a certain extent,and increased the absorption and accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients.The weight of single potato and tuber yield were increased,and the crude protein content of tubers was increased,but the starch content of tubers was not affected.The yield increase and the income increase were the best at 75.0 kg/hm^2,and the yield was 46957.90 kg/hm^2,which was 16.0%higher than that of the control.The weight of single potato increased by 16.9%.Th economic income increased 4391.8 yuan/hm^2 by an increase of 29.8%.The absorption and accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the whole plant increased by 66.1%,31.7%and 87.3%,respectively.
