摘 要:针对在角加速度控制法和扭矩控制法下测功电机的动态模型,根据转动惯量的物理定义提出等效惯量作为电模拟系统控制方法的评价依据,频域对比分析表明:在测功电机及其驱动控制系统特性相同的情况下,角加速度控制法的模拟精度和响应速度优于扭矩控制法,信号延迟对惯量电模拟的精度和响应速度有明显影响,且扭矩控制法对延迟更为敏感。The objectivity and validity of dynamics test for power-train is guaranteed by emulating the mechanical inertia accurately.The control method is the key to inertia electrical emulation.According to the dynamic model for dynamometer with angular acceleration control method and torque control method,the equivalent inertia is defined according to the physical define of the moment of inertia.Furthermore,the equivalent inertia is adopted as the criterion of evaluating the control method of electrical emulation system.The equivalent inertia is analyzed in frequency domain.The results show that the emulation precision and response speed of angular acceleration control method are prior to torque control method under the same characteristics of dynamometer motor as well as its driving control system.The signal delay has a significant influence on precision and response speed of inertia electrical emulation,and the torque control method is more sensitive to delay.
