摘 要:试验旨在研究给小鼠饲喂不同倍数人体推荐量的人乳铁蛋白(hLF)和牛乳铁蛋白(bLF),评价其对肠道菌群的调节功能。将120只小鼠随机分为12组,每组10只,分别饲喂不同剂量(0、5、10、30倍人体推荐量)的hLF、bLF和酪蛋白(对照组)。试验前和饲喂14 d后,无菌收集粪便,检测小鼠体重和肠道菌群变化。结果表明:(1)5、10、30倍剂量的hLF和bLF对小鼠体重增长无显著性影响;(2)10、30倍剂量的hLF和bLF显著增加了肠道双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05),30倍剂量的hLF和bLF显著增加了肠道乳杆菌的数量(P<0.05);(3)同等剂量水平的hLF和bLF对双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的促进作用无显著性差异。试验结果显示,饲喂hLF和bLF均能促进动物肠道有益菌的增长,且两者间具有相同的促进功效。The study was to evaluate the function of lactoferrin to intestinal flora by feeding mice with different doses of human lactoferrin(hLF)and bovine lactoferrin(bLF).A total of 120 mice were divided into 12 groups(10 in each group)and each group was fed with different doses(0,5,10,30 times of recommended amount for human body)of hLF,bLF and casein(control),respectively.Mouse feces were aseptically collected before and 14 days after the feeding,the body weight of mice and the number of bifidobacteria,lactobacilli,enterococci,enterobacteriaceae and clostridium in intestine were measured.The results showed that:(1)Different times(5,10,and 30 times)of hLF and bLF had no significant effect on body weight growth in mice;(2)10 and 30 times of the recommended amount of hLF and bLF significantly increased the number of Bifidobacteria in the gut(P<0.05);and 30 times of hLF and bLF significantly increased the number of Lactobacilli(P<0.05);(3)The same dosage levels of hLF and bLF had no significant effect on Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli.The results confirmed that both hLF and bLF could promote the growth of beneficial bacteria,and there was no significant difference between them.
