摘 要:心理资本是个体在成长和发展过程中表现出来的一种积极心理状态,作为个体可持续发展的原动力,心理资本的开发对促进大学生综合素质的提高,推动全面发展具有重大意义。在借鉴路桑斯等人关于心理资本研究成果的基础上,立足于对心理资本开发理论的认识以及两者关系的把握,基于构成心理资本的四个维度并结合我国高校思想政治工作的实际,从提升自我效能感、提高希望水平、培养乐观精神和强化心理韧性四个方面提探讨提高大学生思想政治教育实效性的途径和方法,为完成新时代思想政治教育的使命提供新思路。Psychological capital is a positive psychological state in the process of individual growth and development.As the driving force of individual sustainable development,the development of psychological capital is of great significance to promote the improvement of college students’ comprehensive quality and promote the all-round development of students.On the basis of drawing lessons from the research results of Lusance and others on psychological capital,based on the understanding of the theory of psychological capital development and the grasp of the relationship between them,based on the four dimensions of psychological capital and the reality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in our country,from improving the sense of self-efficacy of college students,improving the level of hope of college students,cultivating the optimistic spirit of college students and strengthening the hearts of college students to discuss the ways and methods of improving the effectiveness of college students’ ideological and political education,which provides new ideas for accomplishing the mission of ideological and political education in the new era.
