摘　　要：工程教育专业认证是目前我国各高校非常重视的一项教学工作,开展专业认证工作必须实施OBE人才培养。OBE只是一种教育理念,将理念融入人才培养需要开展许多实际的工作。专业认证标准为实施OBE人才培养提供了一个可遵循的框架。首先分析了认证标准中隐含的预期学生学习结果的三个层次,然后以此为基础,论述了依据认证标准设计OBE人才培养方案的基本方法。Engineering education accreditation is an important teaching work in Colleges and universities of our country at present.To carry out accreditation work,OBE talent training model must be implemented.OBE is only a kind of educational concept.It needs to carry out many practical work to integrate the concept into the talent training.The accreditation standard provides a framework for the implementation of OBE talent training model.Firstly,the three levels of expected students'learning results are analyzed which are implied in the accreditation standard.Then the basic method is discussed of designing OBE talent training program according to the accreditation standard.
