摘  要:协同办公平台打破了地域及空间限制,可降低办公成本,提高工作效率,而构建科学的质量评价模型是改进平台服务质量的基础。由于协同办公平台是集信息处理、业务流程和知识管理于一体的综合管理系统,各子系统质量评估缺乏统一的模型和方法。针对目前系统评价方法中存在的多度量指标难以量化与主观因素不确定性等问题,论文研究了系统质量度量指标量化标准,通过引入人工智能模型,利用PCA-RBF神经网络对系统质量进行全面合理的预测评估,实验结果表明,该模型能够量化分析平台的功能性、适用性和效率等构成的系统总体能力,有助于提高协同办公平台整体性能和服务效能。Automated office platform breaks the geographical and spatial constraints,reducing office costs and improving work efficiency.The scientific platform quality evaluation model is the basis for improving platform technology and service quality.As the collaborative office platform is an integrated management system which integrates information processing,business process and knowledge management,the quality evaluation methods of its subsystems serve the overall quality prediction of the platform.Aiming at the problems of multi-metrics and uncertainty of subjective factors existing in current system evaluation methods,this paper studies the quantitative criteria of system quality metrics.By introducing artificial intelligence model,the improved PCA-RBF neural network model is used to predict and evaluate the system quality objectively and reasonably.The model can improve the overall performance of the collaborative office platform and provide high-quality services for units and individuals.
