医养结合机构护士谵妄知识知晓度调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查医养结合机构护士对老年谵妄相关知识的掌握情况,并对其相关影响因素进行分析研究。方法采用自制问卷对医养结合机构80名护士的谵妄相关知识进行调查。结果谵妄知识调查得分(17.78±4.43)分,进行进一步相关分析得出:影响医养结合机构护士谵妄知识的因素与护士的年龄、职称、学历、护龄关系不显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与护士获得再培训方式具有相关性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医养结合机构护士对谵妄知识掌握相对不足,加强对护士的老年相关继教培训、老年专业领域学术培训、老年专科培训、老年专科进修等再培训,对提高老年相关谵妄知识的掌握将起到积极重要的作用。Objective To investigate the mastery of knowledge of senile delirium among nurses in medical-nursing combined institutions,and to analyze the related factors.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the mastery of knowledge of delirium among 80 nurses in medical-nursing combined institutions.Results The score of delirium-related knowledge survey was(17.78±4.43).According to further analysis,delirium-related knowledge of nurses in medical-nursing combined institutions was not significantly related to age,professional title,educational background or nursing age,between which the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).It was related to the retraining method of nurses,between which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The nurses in in medical-nursing combined institutions have relatively insufficient knowledge of senile delirium.By providing re-training methods such as correlative continuing education training,academic training in the field of geriatrics,geriatric specialist training and geriatric specialist advanced studies,the mastery of knowledge of senile delirium among nurses could be improved.
