摘　　要：目的:探讨窄带成像内镜(NBI)对内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗结肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)的影响。方法:选择2018年1月—2018年12月收治的35例LST患者为研究对象,均在普通白光模式、NBI模式行内镜检查后行ESD。观察两种检查方式结果和准确率,对比相关手术指标(包括整块切除率、完全切除率、术后并发症发生率)。结果:NBI模式的准确率明显高于普通白光模式检查(P<0.05)。35例患者整块切除率为97.14%,完全切除率为82.86%,术后并发症发生率为8.57%。结论:NBI技术下行ESD治疗LST准确率更高,可一次性完整切除病灶,并发症少。Objective:To investigate the effect of narrow-band imaging endoscopy(NBI)on endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of lateral developmental colon tumors(LST).Methods:All 35 LST patients admitted to hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent ESD after endoscopy using normal white light mode and NBI mode.The results and accuracy of the two examinations were observed,and the operative indicators of 35 patients included the whole resection rate,complete resection rate,postoperative complications.Results:The accuracy of NBI mode was significantly higher than that of conventional white light mode(P<0.05);the total resection rate was 97.14%,the total resection rate was 82.86%,the incidence of complications was 8.57%.Conclusion:ESD under NBI technology has higher accuracy in LST treatment,and can completely remove lesions at one time with fewer complications.
