摘  要:近年来,大学生心理健康状况和心理问题频发引起了社会各界的高度重视。有学者认为,高校心理健康课程不能在实践中坚持“知行合一”,是导致大学生心理问题频发的主要原因。本文分析了当前我国大学生心理健康教育“知、行”分离的现状,探讨在实践中坚持“知行合一”的必要性,并在此基础上进一步探讨实践对大学生心理健康教育的积极作用,以期为大学生的心理健康教育提供有效的指导。In recent years,the mental health and mental problems of college students have aroused great attention from all walks of life.Some scholars claim that mental health courses of college students cannot adhere to the unity of knowledge and action in practice,which is one of the main reasons why college students'mental problems occur frequently.This thesis analyzes the current situation where the knowledge and action are separated in the mental health education of college students in China and necessity of adhering to the unity of knowledge and action in practice.Then the thesis further discusses the positive role of practice in the mental health education of college students.It is expected to provide effective guidance for the mental health education of college students.
