高校平安校园标准化建设内部审核程序及方法研究

摘　　要：本文提出高校平安校园标准化建设要素关系图模型,结合平安校园标准化建设审核及内部审核的定义分析高校平安校园审核要素的关系。从审核的目的、作用、依据、对象、时机以及审核主体等方面探讨了平安校园标准化建设内部审核的内涵。提出了开展平安校园内部审核的程序及方法,详细说明了如何确定审核范围、编制审核计划和检查表、收集验证证据、形成审核报告。为提高学校安全稳定工作的规范化和科学化水平提供依据。In this paper,a relation diagram model for the elements of construction of safe campus standardization in colleges and universities is put forward.The relation between the elements is analyzed according to the definition of the construction of the standardization of safe campus and the internal audit.The connotation of the internal audit of the standardization construction of safe campus is discussed from the aspects of the purpose,function,basis,object,time and subject of the audit.The procedure and method of carrying out the internal audit of safe campus are established,in which the detail explanations are provided for how to determine the audit scope,compile the audit plan and checklist,collect the verification evidence and form the audit report.It provides the basis for improving the standardization and scientific level of school safety and stability work.
