摘 要:目的:为了优化初产妇的分娩结局,探讨妊娠期个性化饮食指导和营养管理实施的价值和意义。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年1月来本院就诊的初产妇200例作为研究对象,通过奇偶数法将其平均分为两组,其中妊娠至分娩期间接受常规饮食指导和营养管理的100例初产妇设为对照组,妊娠至分娩期间接受个性化饮食指导和营养管理的100例初产妇设为观察组,探讨妊娠期实施个性化饮食指导和营养管理对初产妇分娩结局的影响。结果:与对照组相比,观察组体重增长合适率更高,而妊娠期糖尿病和妊娠期高血压疾病发生率均更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组自然分娩率更高,而巨大儿娩出率、新生儿窒息发生率以及产后出血发生率均更低(P<0.05);随着妊娠周期的增加,观察组孕产妇身体质量指数(BMI)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初产妇妊娠期接受个性化饮食指导和营养管理措施,不仅可以减少妊娠期间各种并发症的发生率,还能保证孕妇妊娠期营养均衡,优化妊娠结局,增加自然分娩率,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective: To improve the pregnancy outcome of primipara and explore the value and significance of Personalized dietary guidance and nutrition management during pregnancy. Method: According to the relevant requirements of random number table method, 200 primipara who came to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by odd and even number method. 100 primiparas who received routine dietary guidance and nutrition management from pregnancy to childbirth were set as the control group, 100 primiparas who received personalized dietary guidance and nutrition management were selected as the study group, the effect of personalized dietary guidance and nutrition management on the pregnancy outcome of primiparas during pregnancy were explored. Result: Compared with the control group, the suitable rate of maternal weight growth was higher in the observation group, while the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension were lower(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher, while the incidence of macrosomia, neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage were lower(P<0.05). The body mass index(BMI) of pregnant and lying-in women in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Personalized dietary guidance and nutrition management measures for primipara during pregnancy can not only reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy, but also ensure the nutritional balance of pregnant women during pregnancy, improve pregnancy outcomes and increase the probability of natural childbirth, the effect is remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
