摘　　要：目的对行乳牙牙髓切断术患儿应用不同盖髓剂进行治疗并探讨其临床疗效。方法选择2017年6月~2019年6月我院就诊的40例行乳牙牙髓切断术的患儿(60颗患牙)作为研究对象,根据药物给予的不同将其分为甲醛甲酚(FC)组、氢氧化钙(CH)组、三氧化聚合体(MTA)组以及i Root BP plus组,每组各15颗患牙,并在治疗后6个月及12个月进行复诊。对四组患牙的治疗成功率进行分析比较。结果术后6个月复诊,四组的临床成功率均为100%,四组的X线成功率均为100%,12个月后复诊,FC、CH以及MTA三组临床成功率明显低于iRoot组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FC、CH以及MTA三组X线成功率明显低于iRoot组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比较FC、CH、以及MTA三种治疗方案,对行乳牙牙髓切断术患儿应用iRoot BP plus可以明显提高患儿患牙治疗的成功率,效果确切,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different pulp capping agents on pulpotomy of deciduous teeth in children.Methods 40 children(60 teeth) who underwent pulpotomy of deciduous teeth from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into formaldehyde cresol(FC) group,calcium hydroxide(CH) group,trioxide polymer(MTA) group and iRoot BP plus group according to the different drug administration. Each group had 15 teeth, and each group had 15 teeth.Follow-up visits were conducted 6 months and 12 months after treatment.The treatment success rates of four groups of teeth were analyzed and compared.Results The clinical and X-ray success rates of the four groups were 100% and 100% at 6 months after operation.After 12 months, the clinical success rates of FC,CH and MTA groups were significantly lower than those of iRoot group(all P<0.05).The X-ray success rates of FC,CH and MTA groups were significantly lower than those of iRoot group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with FC,CH and MTA,iRoot BP plus can significantly improve the success rate of pulpotomy in deciduous teeth, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
