协同学视角的网络舆情自组织演化建模与机理研究

摘　　要：基于对已有网络舆情演化文献和实践案例的梳理,进一步从协同学视角研究网络舆情自组织演化规律对于推动舆情科学发展具有一定的借鉴价值。以网络舆情系统结构模型为基础,结合协同学原理建构了网络舆情系统的自组织特性、自组织演化态势和网络舆情演化的自组织机理。研究发现网络舆情的非确定性、势变化、非平衡相变和涨落促使其由无序向有序演进,同时可确定网络舆情演化的方向、速度、质量和水平,这对于提升对网络舆情的认知和管控具有一定的参考价值。Based on the review of network public opinion evolution,Further study on the evolution law of network public opinion self-organization from the perspective of synergetics has certain reference value for promoting the evolution of public opinion science.By using the structure model of Internet public opinion system,the self-organization characteristics,self-organization mechanism of Internet public opinion system and the self-organization rule of the evolution of Internet public opinion are constructed based on the synergetics.It is found that the uncertainty,potential change,non-equilibrium phase transition and fluctuation of network public opinion can promote their self-organization process from disorder to order.Then,the direction,speed,quality and level of the evolution of internet public opinion are determined.The results can give some references for improving the cognition and control of Internet public opinion.
