公安院校实践教学体系建设的现实问题与改进路径

摘　　要：实践教学作为公安院校教育教学的重要环节,对培养专业型、应用型现代警务人才的目标实现具有重要作用。公安院校实践教学体系建设是公安院校实践教学活动有效开展的基本保障,但当前公安院校实践教学在目标设定、内容设置、资源支持、管理体系等方面存在明显不足。在国家深化公安体制改革的大背景下,加强和改进公安教育训练的要求进一步提高,为适应新时期公安队伍建设的新形势新需求,公安院校实践教学体系建设需要从明晰特色目标、规范内容设计、健全保障体系与完善管理制度等方面着手改进。Practice teaching,as an important link in the education and teaching of public security colleges,plays an important role in cultivating professional and application-oriented modern police talents.The construction of practical teaching system in public security colleges and universities is the basic guarantee for the effective development of practical teaching activities in public security colleges and universities.We will deepen reform of the public security system in the country under the big background,to strengthen and improve public security education and training requirements to further improve,in order to adapt to the new situation of public security team construction in the new period the new demand and characteristics of practical teaching system construction of public security universities and colleges need to clear objectives,standard content design,security system and perfect the management system of the aspects such as improvement.
