摘　　要："85后"作为新时代辅导员,掌握"95后"大学生的思想及行为动态特点,分析其产生原因,并针对"95后"特点进行新型教育管理方式的探索显得尤为重要。文章浅析"85后"辅导员针对"95后"大学生特点做出的几点工作方式的转变,创新了高校学生教育管理工作模式。"Post-85"is a new generation of counselors.It is important to grasp and analyze the dynamic thought and behavior characteristics of"post-95"college students and explore the new method of education and management.The article puts forward some transformation methods of the"post-85"counselors in ideological and political work,innovating college student education and management work.
