摘　　要：目的研究乳癌根治术后发生远处转移的病因分析与临床意义。方法对158例乳癌患者术后发生远处转移的病因进行回顾性研究分析。结果本组158例,经统计学处理放疗组和非放疗组间不具有显著性差异(P>0.005),研究表明:放疗不影响术后的远处转移。结论化疗影响远处转移发生的时间分布,而放射治疗则影响不大,进一步说明乳癌根治术后规则完善的化疗是非常必要的。Objective To study the etiology and clinical significance of distant metastasis after radical mastectomy.Methods A retrospective study was performed on the etiology of distant metastasis in 158 patients with breast cancer.Results There were no significant differences between the 158 patients in the group and the radiotherapy group and the non-radiation group(P>0.005).The study showed that radiotherapy did not affect the distant metastasis after operation.Conclusion Chemotherapy affects the temporal distribution of distant metastasis,while radiotherapy has little effect.It further indicates that regular chemotherapy is necessary after radical mastectomy.
