摘 要:针对现有故障模式和影响分析(FMEA)识别故障模式风险大小中存在的不足,提出一种基于云模型和信息公理的故障模式风险评估方法.首先利用云模型处理专家给出的语言评估信息,克服现有研究在处理语言信息的不足;其次,基于云模型和信息公理方法构造故障模式风险评估模型,并且针对风险因子权重计算,提出基于云值的风险因子主客观权重计算方法;最后,以地铁车辆车门故障模式风险评估为例进行检验,同时与其他方法对比验证本方法的可行性和有效性.实例结果表明本文方法计算出的数值结果合理、准确,能根据故障模式风险排序找出影响车门可靠性的关键故障模式,为合理制定维护措施、科学分配检修资源提供参考.Aiming at the shortcomings of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)in the risk assessment of failure model,a method of risk assessment of failure mode based on cloud model and information axiom is proposed.Firstly,the cloud model is used to process linguistic evalua-tion information given by experts and can overcome the shortage of existing research in dealing with language information.Secondly,the information axiomatic method is applied to construct the failure mode risk evaluation algorithm,and a subjective and objective weight calculation method of risk factors is proposed based on cloud value.Finally,taking the risk assessment of ve-hicle door failure mode as an example,the method is tested and compared with other methods to verify the feasibility and effectiveness.The results show that the numerical results calculated by this method are reasonable and accurate,and the key failure modes affecting the reliability of the door can be found according to the ranking of the risk of failure modes,which provide reference-for the rational formulation of maintenance measures and the allocation of maintenance resources.
